He was predeceased by: his wife Beth. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Fox and Susan Beresford (Tom); his grandchildren, Michael Beresford (Ting-Fang Yen), Rachel Lemuell (Nick), Elizabeth Allgood (Sean), Susanna Woytko (Chris) and Carolyn Hines (Nate); his great grandchildren, Allie, Drew, Evie and Charlotte; and his brothers, Donald White and Randall White.
