He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce A. Krebs (Moreland); and his sisters, Lillian Krebs and Rose Bonta. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra D'Amelio (Louis) and Karen Krebs (Eugene Ellis); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Perry (Lucy March) and Katie D'Amelio.
John's family has requested contributions in his memory be made to Wounded Warrior Project or It's Ruff Without a Roof, organizations that held special meaning to him.
