Kathleen R. Engle Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen R. Engle (Newtown, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Alma Devlin and Joseph Johanna Devlin; her husband Edward Engle; and her siblings, Joseph, Peter, James, John, Thomas, Mary, Regina, Margaret, Theresa and Agnes.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Engle, Jr. (Monica), James Engle (DeborahAnne), Kathleen McGlynn (James) and Joanne Santos (John); and her grandchildren, Brandee Veltri (Craig), Edward Engle, Robert Engle, James Engle, Joseph Engle (Kourtney), Matthew Engle, Sherree Tucker (Quinton), Christopher Engle (Lauren), Alexander Engle (Luisa), Kathleen Dalton (Sean), James McGlynn-Peck (Cody) and Emanuel Santos. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (611 Knowles Ave, Southampton, PA 18966). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:15 PM and from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
