He is survived by: his wife Christine Lunoe Bethman; his daughters, Nicole (Robert Pringle), Trisha (Michael Errico) and Michelle (Paul); his siblings, Don (Linda), Jerry (Judy), Gary Diane Knott (Dixie), Sandy Scarborough (Skip), Darlene Mebs (Ovel) and Woody Bethman (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Rich, Mary Jo Lunoe and Laurie Waller. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces & nephews.
