He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Scott and Helen Meinhardt Scott; and his brother Danny Scott. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen J Scott; his son Dylan; his daughter-in-law Madhura Scott; his daughter Dana; his son-in-law Nico Sferra; his grandchildren, Luciano and Evelina Sferra; his siblings, Jim (Monika Scott), Jane (Lew Minnella), Tom (Fran Scott), Jackie Scott (Laurie Kasnowski), Jeff (Joanie Scott) and Nancy (Eric Chin); and his brothers-in-law, Jerry (Missy Selick) and Mark (Janice Sielewicki). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
