She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick McCaffrey and Regina McCaffrey; and her siblings, Eddie, Jerry, Jimmy, Patrick Jr., Charles and Regina (Jean).
She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her children, Amy Lotz, Lori Horn (Mike Horn) and Dennis Annarelli Jr.; and her grandchildren, Angelina and Harvey.
