She was predeceased by: her husband Henry R. Ryba; and her parents, Anselmo Formolo and Genoffa DeManicore Formolo. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhea Edgil (Lee) and Diane Wagner (Richard); her siblings, Genevieve Mumie and Neal Formolo; her grandchildren, Dianna (Jay), Richard (Melissa), Theresa, Andrew (Maura) and Timothy (Amy); and her great grandchildren, Tamra, Wyatt, Hudson, Graham, Ella, Holly, Elias and Sydney. She is also survived by her family and most especially her great grandchildren, who were the love of her life.
