He is survived by: his wife Janet Lisher; his children, Sandy Hogan (David) and Scott Lisher (Leslie); his grandsons, Rohn and Theo Lisher; his pet Harper; his brother Charles Lisher (Dianne); and his sister-in-law Karen Lynn (Bob). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lambie Funeral Home (8000 Rowland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19136). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Bob's memory to Wounded Warrior Project or to Tiny Paws Rescue would be greatly appreciated.
