She is survived by: her children, Phillip Dale Barcafer, Jr. (Catherine) and Susan Cohen (Steven Cohen); her grandchildren, Ryan Barth (Christy Mainley-Barth), Cory Barth, Zachary Cohen and Alyssa Cohen (Montana O'Neill); and her great grandchildren, Gavin Barth, Delaney Barth, Grayson and Neill.
