She was predeceased by: her brother Jerry McFaul, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Frank Jablonski; her parents, Jerry McFaul and Ruth "Sue" McFaul; and her sister Amanda Campion (Michael).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (611 Knowles Ave, Southampton, PA 18966). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (5201 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020).
