He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvaro W. Cei and Santina Cei; and his siblings, Robert W. Cei and Louise Cei. He is survived by: his children, Donna (Joe), Tom (Tara), Alisha and Tara (Dan).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Saint Andrew (81 Swamp Rd, Newtown, PA 18940). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Tom's memory be made to the American Heart Association (please see link below).
