He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Anne Monaghan (Klein); his parents, Edward and Mary (Dillon); and his siblings, Edward Monaghan and Patricia Hickl (Edward).
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Pfeiffer (Stephen) of Perkasie, Monica of Warrington, Poppy (Mary) of Christopher, Lauren and Scooter; his siblings, John Monaghan (Bonnie) and Maureen Shaw (Winfield); and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Gable (late Kathleen), Patricia Smith (Joseph) and George Klein (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He played pinochle at Silverdale and Quakertown senior citizen centers for many years prior to Covid.
