He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Owen and Florence Boris; and his wife Joan Owen (Fiel). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Joan Price (Fred), Carl Righter (Morgen) and Richard Righter (Malou); and his grandchildren, Erin, Wendy, Liam, Paul and Michelle. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
