It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yong Taek Japchen of Newtown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Richard G. Japchen; her parent Pak Che Chik; her daughters, Barbara Pak Brown (Christopher) and Brenda Ann Carney (John); and her grandsons, Joshua, Matthew, Jake and Bennett.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home (701 Derstine Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446).
