It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack E. Patterson of Newville, Pennsylvania, born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 28, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn "Bunnie" Rook Patterson; his children, Jennifer Paynter (Alan) and Michael Patterson; his grandchildren, Christopher Paynter, Maliyah Paynter and Jaren Paynter; his sister Marian Peterson; his mother-in-law Mary Rook; and his pets, Doc and Lucy. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

“Condolences to the family. I can’t say how sorry I am for your loss. Having know jack for near 30 years he’s going to be missed. I’ve got some great memories of him at the .22 pistol matches as well as the occasional clays shoot. My wife Michelle still remembers the several visits to our home because our dog Kisha would go crazy while he was here. We suspect it was his voice. It was always a treat to run into him and bunny at the gun shop or at cfg.”
