Though John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Wilkinson and Marian Bauer Wilkinson Stirling; and his wife Marilyn Dillon Wilkinson. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Wilkinson and Brina Wilkinson; his granddaughter Mara Pursley; his brothers, Charles Wilkinson, Paul Wilkinson and David Wilkinson; and his pet Teddy Wilkinson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Egger Funeral Home, Inc. (15 W Big Spring Ave, Newville, PA 17241).
