He was predeceased by: his father Eugene "Gino" L. Salisbury; and his brother Tracy Salisbury. He is survived by: his mother Doris Brown Salisbury; his wife Doris J. Lindsey Salisbury; his sons, Brian Salisbury (Connie), Steve Salisbury Jr. (Stacy), Stacy Salisbury (Travis) and Brandon Salisbury (Amber); his grandchildren, Brandi, Calvin, Travis, Emma, Dallas, Leo and Lauren; his brother Jeffrey Salisbury; and his foster brother James Ricker. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren.
