He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Jay Ocker; his brother David J. Ocker; and his sister-in-law Clara Jean Ocker. He is survived by: his mother Mary Evelyn Ocker (Negley) of Newville; his siblings, Delores Jean Albright (Lee) of Newville, William E. Ocker (Kerry) of Newville and Daniel L. Ocker of Carlisle; and his sister-in-law Jane Ocker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
