He is survived by : his wife Debra Williams; his son Merl (Jessica Decker) of Mehoopany; his grandchildren, Justin and Madison Decker; and his sisters, Mary Lee Tyler of Springville and Mada Lewis of Mill City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
