He is survived by: his children, Janet Richter of Normalville, Tammy Tamblyn (Wayland) of Connellsville and Paul D. Richter (John Labriola); and his siblings, Ellen, Pat Byers of Belle Vernon, Mike Richter (Theresa) of Normalville and Pete Richter of Normalville. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
