He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Farley (Barr); and his parents, Frank Farley and Anna Farley (Kelly). He is survived by: his daughter Brandi DeSimone (Remus); his grandson Nicholas DeSimone; his siblings, James Farley (Michelina), Elizabeth "Betty" Hartman (late Raymond), Diane McCollum (Carroll) and Janet Haggerty (John); his stepsister Kim Farley Gaunt (Steve); and his brothers-in-law, John Bar (Diane) and Ken Barr (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
