He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Lewis and James J. Lewis Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Denise Lewis of Norristown; his sons, Daniel Lewis, James I. Lewis (Alycia Monaco) and Robert Lewis (Emily Cerwonka); his grandchildren, Carmen Lewis and Vera Lewis; and his sister Kathleen Costello (William Costello).
