He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bowen and Marie Bowen (Devine); and his siblings, Rev. Joseph, Donald, Gerald Bowen and Rosemary Wachinski.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bowen (Cornes); his daughters, Lisa Marie Bowen-Gotwals (Timothy) of Sellersville, PA and Kristin Erin Scherer (Nicholas) of Rockledge, FL; his grandchildren, Tyler Place Gotwals, Lucas Paul Gotwals, Brenna Mariah Ackerman, Joshua Timothy Gotwals, Brody Christopher Ackerman and Brooke Erin Ackerman; and his brother Jack Bowen.
