She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Aiello and Caroline Aiello (Santo); and her husband David DeColli, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Maria Aprile (Joseph), Anthony DeColli, Joseph DeColli (Aida), David DeColli, Jr. (Trina) and Victor DeColli (Dibbie); her grandchildren, Lisa, Kristine, Danielle, Gabriella, Joseph, Marissa, Nicholas, Eden, Ava, David III, Andrew and Kiera; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Marlowe.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Phyllis's name to the American Heart Association.
