He is survived by: his son David Michael Johnson; his siblings, Richard C. Johnson, Jr. (Rosalyn), Kenneth R. Johnson (April) and Karen Byrd; and his uncle William Johnson (Gloria). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
