He was predeceased by: his parents, Cuthbert Parrish and Margaret L. Parrish (Pearsal); and his brothers, Anthony, George, Cuthbert and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Parrish (Coffey) of Norristown; and his children, William P. Parrish, Jr. of Flourtown, Thomas D. Parrish (Kelly) of Denver, John T. Bunner (Mary) of Willow Grove, Michael W. Bunner of Norristown and Christine A. Carbone (Eugene) of Norristown, PA. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
