He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jean Akins Musick; his stepchildren, Scott Bush (Richard) of Vermilion and Suzanne Means (Wayne) of Vandergrift; his grandsons, Keith Means and Tyler Means (Cheyanne); his great grandchild Emory; his sister Cathryn Kovack of Springdale; his nieces and nephews, Terri Akins, Michael Akins (Lynn), Carol Wuchevich (Steve), Kenny Musick (Brenda), Dr. Thomas Kovack (Heidi), Christy Ledderer (Bill) and Robert Kovack; his great-nephews, Tommy and Max Kovack; and his great-niece Aleah Kovack.
