She is survived by: her mother Kitti Wynn of Leechburg; her husband Michael Pettigrew of North Apollo; her son Collin Caputo (Tara) of Cleveland, Ohio; her sisters, Denise Wynn of Iowa, Tamara Stefanec of Florida and Michele Caputo of Ohio; her nephew Harley of California; and her grandchildren, Lucas, Airiella, Aliyha, Gemma, Gavin and Damon.
