Tomicek (Stephanie) of North Apollo and Teresa Richards (Douglas) of North Apollo; and his siblings' children, Nanette Tomicek of Philadelphia, Jeffrey Richards (Fatima) of Shaler and Jonathan Richards of North Apollo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's memory to the American Diabetes Association, 4885-A McKnight Road #402, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
