He was predeceased by: his father Roy Shultz; and his sister Wendy Biagini (Robert) of Monongahela. He is survived by: his mother LaRetta Shultz (Kenneth Wilt) of Confluence; his sisters, Jodi Clendenen of Belle Vernon, Letita Kinder of Victory Hill and Stacie (Richard Staffen) of Monongahela; and his pet Mittens. He is also survived by aunt and three uncles along with several nephews and nieces.
