He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Lukasiak; and his brother Joseph Lukasiak. He is survived by: his mother Maria Lukasiak Rutledge (Bidwell) of North East; his sons, Christopher Lukasiak, Jr. of Ripley and Walter Lukasiak of Ripley; and his sisters, Cheryl Lukasiak of Bentleyvillle, PA and Mary Peternel (Paul) of Cokeburg, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
