He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Keith and Frances Keith (Burton); and his daughter Melanie Ann Keith. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Jenkin Keith; and his children, Harold Keith (Joyce), Rev. Troy Keith (Rhonda), Carolynn Kitchen (Paul), Tracy Horvath (Chris), Joel Keith (Joanna), Dale Keith (Nadine), Joseph Keith and Charity Keith. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
