He is survived by: his mother Rochelle Lutz (Terry) of North East; his children, Briana Hullinger (James), Joseph McClelland of Norfolk, VA and Jason McClelland of Springboro, PA; the mother of his children Shelly Hopwood McClelland; his brothers, Terrance McClelland (Pat), Kenneth McClelland (Alisa) and Rick McClelland (Pattie) of Harborcreek; his stepsiblings, John Lutz of North East and Theresa Lutz of Jacksonville, FL; and his stepmother Marsha McClelland of Union City. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
