He is survived by: his wife Cheryl (Mauk); his sons, Jason of Erie, Craig (Kim) of Worthington, OH and Patrick (Megan) of North East; his sister Nancy Head (Paul) of Altoona, PA; his grandchildren, Caileigh, Emily, Aden and Olivia; and his great grandchild Gus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
