He is survived by: his children, Michael McCormack and Jeri Phelps (Robert); his daughter-in-law Sherry McCormack; his grandchildren, Trisha Thompson (Travis), Jessica Phelps-Walburn, Stacy Phelps (Seth Suchocki), Sarah Mosley and Ben McCormack; and his great grandchildren, Elliot, Carter, James, Roman, Bailey, Khelan and Emrey.
