She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Kleckler and Sarah Somerville Kleckler; her husband John Arthur Mong; her grandsons, Jesse Galloway and Adam J. Mong; her sister Janice Parker; and her son-in-law Dale Peelman.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Peelman of North East, John Mong, Jr. of North East, Scott Mong (Amy) of Wattsburg and Adam Mong (Laura) of Erie; her grandchildren, Bryan, Alisa, Molly, Henry and Allyson; her great grandchild Elora; and her grandchildren, Aleanah, Eli, Lili, Raylee and Laney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A wake was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Greenfield Township Fire Hall (10160 Station Rd, North East, PA 16428).
