He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hull and Ruth Hull; his siblings, Marsha DeVries (Hull) and Edward; his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Genevieve Dana; and his sister-in-law Laurie Dana.

He is survived by: his wife Melody (Dana); his siblings, Sherrie Zimmer (Frank), Randy Hull (Christine) and Robin Burch (Steve); and his brothers-in-law, Bud (Laura), Matt Dana and Jim DeVries. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
