He is survived by: his wife Tracy Fullerton (Stockton); his children, Mira Greer of North East, Alyssa Eppley of North East, Shana Finnegan of North East, Zachary Finnegan of Erie, Dustin Finnegan (Samanth) of Erie, Andrew Finnegan of North East and Nicholas Eppley of North East; and his siblings, Debbie Markiewicz (Joe), Lori Marc (Mike), Scott Fullerton (Dusty), Paula Fullerton Perry, Jeanay Adamich (Ian) and Patrick Fullerton. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
