He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, David (Alicia), Adam, Aaron (April) and Justin (Rachael); his grandchildren, David Jr., Courtney, Meghan, Caine, Dillon, Logan, Porter, Preston, Bryanna and Isaac; his great grandchildren, Madilyn, Kaiden and Jupitor; his siblings, Sandy Gross, Shirley Stoddard (Edward Michael Porter), Katherine Fletcher (Michael), Kenneth Walters (Barbara) and Daniel Walters; his nephew Wayne; and his pet Suzie.
