He is survived by: his wife Diane Kelley (Gibbs); his daughter Stephanie Zielinski (Michael); his granddaughters, Zoey and Willow of Lawrence Park; his son Bill Kelley, Jr. of Erie; his granddaughter Paige; his daughter Kristen Kelley of North Carolina; his granddaughters, Shelley and Tatyana; his siblings, Marycatherine Major (Dave) of Harborcreek and John Kelley of Harborcreek; his sister-in-law Connie Cooney; and his nieces and nephews, David Major (Colleen), Dale Major (Amy), Scott Cooney, Nicole Kujawa (Greg) and Jill Kelley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home (65 S Lake St, North East, PA 16428). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the ANNA Shelter or the Mellon Heritage Veteran's Outreach Center.
