He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl D. Turner; and his parents, Regis Turner and Evelyn Turner (Filler). He is survived by: his children, David M. Turner Jr. (Kimberly) and Ryan Turner (Shannan); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Nicholas, Riley and Alexandra.
