Anna Ruth Minto Obituary

We bid farewell to Anna Ruth Minto of North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 26, 2025 at the age of 90. Anna Ruth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Kelly and Esther Helgert Kelly; and her siblings, James, Charles, John, Robert, Richard, Donald Kelly, Barbara Jean Harkleroad, Arlene Wimberly and Kathy Gelmi.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Gould (Beverly), Lori Deliman (Michael) and Tracy Ankney (Joel); her siblings, Thomas, Jerry Kelly, Irene Bell and Janet Irwin; and her grandchildren, Justin Ankney (Michelle), Rachel Ankney, Curtis Vanhorn, Josh Deliman (Katie), Colleen Ellig (Josh), Katie Fournier (Josh) and David Gould (Ally). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Contributions may be given in Anna's name to the Westmoreland County Food Bank.
