He is survived by: his sons, Allen Williams of Donegal, Donald Williams (Anita) of Mount Pleasant and Mark Williams (Sandra) of Jeannette; and his siblings, Donald, Daniel, Shirley, Connie, Marilyn and Sandy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
