He is survived by: his wife Carol Winkelvoss McDowell of North Huntingdon; his daughters, Susan McDowell Scott (Bernard, Jr.) of Plum and Shannon McDowell of Irwin; his son-in-law Tony Williamson of North Huntingdon; his sister Shawna McDowell of Lighthouse Point, Florida.; and his granddaughters, Meghan Williamson of Daytona Beach and Delaney Williamson of Lakewood, Ohio..
