He is survived by: his children, Sherry Jerome Berry (Danny) of Tennessee, Christopher Pizzuto of Florida and Daniel Pizzuto (Paula) of North Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Michael, Janet, Crystal, Tonya, Amy, Montana, Christina and Brandon; and his sister Mary Alice Adams. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
