We are sad to announce that, on July 24, 2023, at the age of 85, Donna Maxwell Westcoat of North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Graydon Maxwell and Ethel Maxwell. She is survived by: her husband Fred Westcoat; her sister Brenda Hoffman (Ralph); her children, Robin Toops (Jeffery) and Darren Hensel (Bren); her stepchildren, Scott Westcoat (Kathy), Warren Westcoat (Eve) and Ellen Jordan (Michael); and her grandchildren, Max, Seth, Lyla, Joanie, Maddie, Trevor, Ashley, Catherine and Craig. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
