She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Whitaker and Edith M. Whitaker (Miller); her husband Raymond P. Pedder; and her sister Charlotte Evans. She is survived by: her children, Edith Ruggiero (Daniel) of North Huntingdon and Ray A. Pedder (Jessica) of Uniontown; her granddaughter Crystal Ruggiero of Daniel; her great grandchild Lexy Ruggiero; and her brother Robert Whitaker (Patsy Joan).
