He is survived by : his children, Frank Johnson IV (Maria) and Pam Yurcisin (Kary); his siblings, Paul Johnson (Rebecca) and Carol Hart (Don); his grandchildren, Melanie Demorest (Robert), Tori Bartlow (Dustin), Natalie Impink (Alex), Tyler Yurcisin and Aaron Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Brock, Karsyn, Declan, Axel, Easton, Ayla and Kruz.
