He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Albert Sr. Lucot and Dorothy Lucot (Marshall); and his siblings, James Lucot and Dorothy Jean Scheider (Mick). He is survived by: his spouse Claire Lucot (Kubit); his children, Jack Lucot (Dana) of Lower Burrell, Laura Greco (Charlie) of Sarver and Melissa Genicola (Keith) of North Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Emily Caporali (Joel), Courtney Gessmann (Caleb), Anna Pikor (Charlie), CJ Greco (Hattie), Madison, Avery, Jackson Genicola, Ethan and Gavin Lucot; and his great grandchildren, Gianni, Luciano, Carson and Nora. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and the many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A Mass was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (11400 St Agnes Ln, Irwin, PA 15642).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Fort Pitt Division of the Train Collectors Association or a charity of one's choice.
