He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nelson and Alberta Nelson; his son David; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Lori Nelson (Garzarelli); his son Jeffrey; and his grandchildren, Christian, Austin, Marley and Hendrix. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
